Employees worldwide celebrated this special milestone – from cupcake campaigns in Germany to volunteer work in the USA and creative photo campaigns in China. These global birthday celebrations reflect what has defined the company since its independence in 2015.

The new "Leadership Lab" format demonstrates the evolution of the learning platform: leaders jointly discuss practical solutions and learn from each other for transformation, accelerating the company's ability to respond to market and sustainability challenges.
